Looking back for the past couple of weeks.

Well, to summarise:

1) Finally Run 350, my baby, is over. http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/singaporelocalnews/view/1044884/1/.html

2) 100 days! :P

3) Batam trip! Fun! Could have just spent 1/3 of the money but i just had to buy stuff. Think Facebook pics can do better justice to describe the trip rather than myself blabbering here.

4) Got to ride and drive Taro. Even discovered the sports mode and also took on the 99 bends before the owner did. HAHA.

Offsite meeting at The Coast, at Sentosa The Cove

i dunno how to react to price of each unit at any development at The Cove.

8.9, my colleague said coolly.

the landed ones, the land itself is 8.9. it makes the ferrari dbs bentley rollsroyce parked at each house look like they are just a "by the way" kinda thing.

cool place nonetheless, opened my eyes real wide when we were shown around the whole cove.

can't picture that sort of money but it sure is nice reading newspaper by the verandah facing the beach on a weekend afternoon, then taking your cruiser parked at your own private berth behind out for a spin for fishing and some champs.

since im at sentosa, of course i went to "see you soon" and "see you". :)

Beautiful thing, nicely done.

My colleague executed a very elaborate plan to propose to his girlfriend, which was carefully thought out and planned for over a couple of months, roping in the support of his many good friends whom are unfamiliar faces to the girlfriend, and even roping in one of the company's supplier. Really nicely done, and can't help but to take my hat off to him.

But before I say anything more, I need to show you something shiny:

Size is a thing, it's engraved with their names on it as well, with a pink gem in the middle replacing the heart symbol. I was almost blinded when I looked directly at it.

It all started out with a full day date, then had dinner and then strolled by the collyer quay bridge and took the boat and....

they bribed the boat uncle beforehand to slow down when reaching the bridge...

my colleagues friends acted as tourist on the boat and prevented anyone else from going to the front of the boat and....

when the uncle slowed down, the bridge team hung out a 7 by 3 metres banner asking the 4 worded question...

the bridge was lit with gorgeous lightings and photographers were planted on both sides of the bridge to capture the moment...

and then and then...

the kneel down proposal... brandishing the godknowshowmany carats diamante ring.

My god, the weather is helping him too! cloudless sky and gentle breeze and all that.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyway, I was told to handle a mini project today. As a temp staff. I don't know how it'll turn out but sure as hell I'm excited about it.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think I'm gonna ask for a date soon.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The chiobu who came for the contest all really chio!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And of course the girlfriend said yes.

:)
