The Rail Mall. My haunt when i still lived near there. But now it's like a mall located at some wealthy suburbs.
I kinda liked the place. Been there a couple weeks back and it stills gives me a cosy feeling about the place. There's cafes, a supermarket, convenient store, bank, video rentals, wine shop, bars and restaurants. Perfect place to spend an evening.
Evening time, except for the ever jamming roads, everything seems slow paced, relaxed ambience and people strolling about. It almost feels that it had a timezone of its own.
Oh, I haven't speak of the random thought yet.
I think it would be quite romantic shopping for groceries at the Cold Storage located at the mall. Just the two (whoever they may be), thinking what's for dinner/tomorrow's breakfast, what's lacking at home, staying close because the air conditioning is chilly, getting dog snacks for the canine in the car, maybe a bottle of wine and ice cream for later, snickering and commenting at the stuff chosen etcetera... ...
I guess Cold Storage is the closest thing around the area that resembles those in Caucasian countries where most of the dramas are set. Therefore this random thought. No I don't watch them alot if at all.
Bright lightings, festive decorations if any, imported groceries and settings all play a part. Most importantly, it's not like NTUC where it feels like a stock exchange during trading time. You can walk freely, browse at the stuff you want, space between people, breathing room and so on.

2 days ago i ran round cck, on the way back i saw a turtle on the pavement. wtf they haf turtles on the pavements now?

it seemed like the whole singapore don't sell theodore's plush anywhere at all. been to sun plaza, tiong bahru plaza, jurong point, bukit panjang plaza and almost lot 1. guess i gotta buy something else. Travelling these places in half a day certainly drained the money I topped up YESTERDAY.
