I feel that dark chocolate is a philosophy of life itself.
First felt taste on the palette: Bitter. Maybe this is why not many people appreciates it. Next layer of taste is the slight sweetness. This is one of the pleasure-inducing moments. Lastly, it doesn't take a great chemist to figure out what both of the above tastes like when they mix. Sophisticated layers of sensation i shall put it.
Life, often acts the same way. Throughout the mix of fast and slow time continuum, joyful moments never seem to last long enough, painful ones seem to last till the end of it.
Contradictions often occur when one find solace in pain. That's bittersweet.
oh well.
Shall cut down on my notsophilosophical way of putting into words my point of view of something so indescribable and personal.

Top Gear Season 10 Ep 1
After watching this episode of top gear, i come to realise how much i missed the humor of these 3 middle aged blokes.
But what hit me the most was driving a super car on the world's best road for driving a super car.
1st i need to go to the Alps. Next i need to get myself a Gallardo. hmm..
I almost felt that i was driving along the european tarmac. The swiss tunnel. The french peaks. The italian lakes. Almost. But i can't imagine the real thing. It's like a roller coaster simulation and the real roller coaster ride. A supercar road trip is so surreal.
As featured in the show, "miles and miles of deserted perfection", near Davos, Switzerland. "What was god thinking when they give the swiss this place. Clearly it should be ours." LOL Jeremy Clarkson satirical remarks at its best.
And of course, the "Cherry for the top of our cake", The Stelvio Pass, Italy. Down the "15 miles of asphalt spaghetti draping the Alps". That's totally OMFG. I SO WANT TO GO. Okie when i got the money. Okie no, when i got enough of the money.

Especially the white one, the view from the back is absolutely stunning.

Mambo Jambo
zouk was fun last night.
"never gonna give you up" *lifts hand up*
"never gonna let you down" *puts hand down*
"never gonna run around, and hurt you" *2 fingers running motion hands spinning round 1 time, cross hands and point to someone*
cool crowd too. except for 2 trans-formers
went with a bunch of sausages but still fun i guess.
i went unconscious uncontrollably for like 2 or 3 seconds many times today.
i didn't realise that i slept on the ride to and from camp. normally i'd know i'm sleeping.
never to try this often again. my wallet is unhealthy now.
think i gonna buy the album and try to learn the moves. freaking inspired by the mambo kings.
let's go mambo someday shall we?

我要做个孝顺的孩子，而不是一个乖孩子。会听话的孩子就是乖孩子。妈妈说“去那边。” 就只会说“哦。” 但只会听话不会孝顺的乖孩我宁愿不当。
That's what I heard from a friend today that made me think twice of who I am now.
In order to fulfill the above statement, there are several conditions to meet. Earning enough money and being able to spend it seems to be the capping conditions of all. I hate to say this, but, being a part of the local society, dough/moolah/quid/money is the only thing thats keeps people alive other than air(air is free, but food/water/shelter are not).
They label society structure as such ours the M-shaped society, where the income gap becomes wider and not many people are the middle class anymore. The rich gets richer and the poorer gets worst. Correct me if I'm wrong, if you are having bread and water for meals just because you lose a job, you belong to the poorer ones. I know this has been mentioned tera times (inspired by terabytes), but in a society like ours, for example, one can NEVER afford to fall seriously ill, unless one has the ability to pay off the bills enough to buy one or two Lamborghini Gallardo Nera (limited edition). (i just happen to heart Gallardo very much, hence the example)It doesn't stop here. Afterlife needs hell lots of money (pun very much not intended) for the procedures to be done as well.
I believed that this is not the first time I have blatantly blogged about money. Being pragmatic can sometimes lead to necessary worries about the future. Why worry when you know you'd have the ability to earn the cash? My question is, will it be sufficient? ANYONE in this world can earn a living to support themselves, it's just the extent of comfort of living. Unless you are not from Mars without kith nor kins on earth extending their hands at you to support them, I can safely say, $2.5k to $4k a month can let a person live pretty comfortably in this demanding world.
Of course the amount don't include major expenses like housing. To live comfortably with $2.5k a month, literally living off your parents is still a prerequisite. Living an independent life doesn't come cheap. I once overheard a conversation: "要独立是吗？搬出去住，不要回来吃饭，什么都自己买。电话，水电，日用，全部都自己来啰。" How many people can do that without first earning enough? 没“独”，哪儿来的“立”？
我要确认的是，最起码将来有能力能够孝顺父母，最理想是能孝顺父母并成家立业。而不是心有余而力不足。
孝顺在现今社会的定义，已不只是圣贤书所描述的定义了。好好地对待并奉养令尊令堂固然重要，当然也要有时间陪他们共度天伦。成天为了生活而奔波忙碌，而一味的塞钱给他们，可能只达到了奉养的效果，却不能称之为孝顺。但是，有几个能人，能在这个金钱挂帅的环境，游刃有余？
唉。
