Aching wing and abs

Ya ya ya, I know both of the above are not apparent on my body. But they are there and are aching apart from the other muscle groups.

Anyways, the aches remind me that once in awhile my body welcomes such torture. Shall keep in mind to try and incorporate some muscle tearing activities into my life at a minuscule increase.

Dad and mum rode their bicycles to the nearby pasar malam. Can't help but to think that it's quite cute of them to hangout. It's their form of going on dates I guess.

Where you lost the battle at the front lines and the base in shambles too.

忙盲茫

Busy till I hardly have enough time.

But surviving.

Problem

I think I have problem sleeping. Sometimes.
